01Agreement to terms

By downloading, accessing or using ShopQuick, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service. These terms form a legal agreement between you and ShopQuick, a UK-based grocery intelligence service.

02Using ShopQuick

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account. When you use ShopQuick, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details secure and not share your account.
• Use the service for your own personal, non-commercial shopping.
• Not misuse, copy, scrape or interfere with the app or its data.

03Prices & savings

We work hard to show accurate, up-to-date prices from supermarkets, but prices change constantly and we can't guarantee that every figure is correct at the moment you shop. Savings figures are estimates based on typical baskets and are not a promise of a specific result. Always check the final price in-store or at checkout.

04Third-party stores

ShopQuick compares and links to third-party supermarkets and services. We are not responsible for their products, prices, availability, loyalty schemes or policies. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that retailer, governed by their terms.

05Vouchers & promotions

Welcome vouchers, early-access perks and other promotions are subject to their own terms, may be limited in time or quantity, hold no cash value, and can be amended or withdrawn at any time. One welcome voucher per household unless stated otherwise.

06Intellectual property

The ShopQuick name, logo, app, design and content belong to us and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. All supermarket names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

07Liability

ShopQuick is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from price inaccuracies, service interruptions or decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or anything that cannot be excluded under UK law.

08Ending your account

You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. On closure, your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

09Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time and will tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Questions? Email hello@shopquickapp.uk.
