We only collect what we need to give you accurate prices and personalised savings:
- Account details — your name, email address and password.
- Shopping data — your lists, baskets, preferences and loyalty cards you choose to link.
- Usage data — how you interact with the app, to help us improve it.
- Device data — device type, operating system and approximate location (only if you allow it).
03How we use it
We use your data to compare prices across supermarkets, build personalised baskets, send you deal and price alerts you've opted into, keep your account secure, and improve the service. We never sell your personal data to anyone.
04Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and improving ShopQuick. You can withdraw consent at any time in your account settings.
05Sharing & storage
Your data is stored securely on servers within the UK and EU. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the app, all bound by strict data-protection agreements. We keep your data only for as long as your account is active, or as required by law.
06Your rights
